Ambassador of Afghanistan Dr. Hamdullah Mohib joins podcast host Ambassador Jim Rosapepe to discuss U.S. relations, economic opportunity and how the Afghan people view the United States.
Ambassador Hamdullah Mohib served as Ambassador of Afghanistan from 2015 to 2018. He most recently served as deputy chief of staff to the Afghan president. During his tenure at the Presidential Palace, Ambassador Mohib liaised with governmental counterparts, drafted bilateral and multilateral agreements, and helped to organize official presidential visits to numerous countries. He founded the largest Afghan diaspora youth association in Europe, called the Afghan Students Association of the UK and the Afghan Professionals Network.
Ambassador Jim Rosapepe served as U.S. Ambassador to Romania from 1998 to 2001 and is a member of the CAA Board of Directors. He currently is Chairman and CEO of Patuxent Capital Group LLC and serves in the Maryland State Senate.
