The role of an ambassador is to convene, to connect and to problem solve. Traditionally, that was done in meeting rooms and reception halls. In an era of social media, digital communication and Zoom meetings, ambassadors have new tools at their disposal. On Monday, June 22 the Council of American Ambassadors hosted Ambassador Mark Brzezinski, Ambassador John Emerson and Ambassador Kristie Kenney to share their stories about innovative diplomacy.
